VOXEL Client Agreement

This Client Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs your use of the VOXEL Telegram-based application (https://t.me/voxel_verse_bot) (the “App” or “VOXEL”), operated by the VOXEL development team. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. By accessing or using VOXEL, you fully and unconditionally accept the terms outlined below.

1. General Information

1.1. VOXEL is a game-based application within Telegram that allows users to build voxel models, participate in events, earn in-game rewards, trade assets, compete in leaderboards, and receive tokens based on activity.

1.2. VOXEL is developed by an independent team of developers with the goal of creating an innovative ecosystem that merges creativity, social interaction, and gamified economic experiences.

1.3. Our mission is to provide users with a platform for creative expression, digital ownership, and the ability to earn rewards through meaningful gameplay.

2. Legal Nature of the App

2.1. VOXEL is not:

2.3. Any tokens earned through gameplay are virtual incentives. The ability to exchange or withdraw tokens is a feature of the app and not a guaranteed service.

3. In-Game Economy and Transactions

3.1. All items, tokens, and digital assets in VOXEL hold in-game utility only and are not recognized as legal tender, securities, or financial instruments.

3.2. Users assume full responsibility for any purchases, trades, or use of in-game assets. The platform does not compensate for losses resulting from such actions.

3.3. The ability to earn or withdraw tokens is conditional upon user activity, platform rules, and system capacity, and may be changed or suspended at any time without prior notice.

3.4. VOXEL reserves the right to modify its in-game economy at any time, including token values, exchange mechanisms, earning rates, and farming systems.

3.5. The App provides access to multiple currencies. TON currency is provided and secured by the TON blockchain. Any other currencies are provided by the VOXEL service and may be regulated, modified, or terminated at any time at VOXEL’s sole discretion.

4. Disclaimer of Guarantees and Profit

4.1. VOXEL does not guarantee any income, return on investment, or financial gain. Any expenses (including purchases, donations, or fees) made by the user are voluntary and non-refundable.

4.2. VOXEL is an entertainment product, and any opportunities to earn tokens are not to be interpreted as investment opportunities.

4.3. Users understand and agree that the value of tokens and items may change based on platform decisions, demand, updates, or gameplay changes.

5. User Conduct and Security

6. Changes and Updates

6.1. VOXEL may update this Agreement and change gameplay mechanics, interfaces, or system logic at any time.

6.2. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

6.3. Users are encouraged to regularly review the most current version of this Agreement, available within the App or on VOXEL’s official channels.
